Slim Sculpt Studio Booking & Cancellation Policy

Security Deposit:

• A 25% security deposit is required at the time of booking.
• This deposit will be deducted from the total payment due at the salon.

Package Purchases:

• If you intend to purchase a treatment package, please book a single treatment through our booking site.
• The cost of this single treatment deposit will be credited towards the total payment for the package at the salon.

Payment Details:

• The remaining balance, after deducting the security deposit or single treatment cost, will be settled at the salon.

At Slim Sculpt Studio, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that each client receives the full benefits of their treatment. To maintain a smooth and efficient schedule, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation and Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of any pre-paid treatment fees and/or deposits.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the same forfeiture policy will apply. Late arrivals will also result in a shortened treatment duration, which may affect the overall effect and results of the treatment.

Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us immediately via phone call or SMS. We will make every effort to accommodate your request for rescheduling based on availability.

At Slim Sculpt Studio, we strive to provide the best experience and results for our clients. To ensure fairness and transparency, our refund policy is as follows:

 Our treatment packages are designed to offer a discounted rate by reducing the individual session cost as an incentive for purchasing in bulk.

Once a package has been partially used, the treatments received will be recalculated at their original single-session price. If the cost of completed sessions equals or exceeds the package price, the remaining sessions are forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

The only basis for a refund is if a client is medically unfit to continue treatments. In such cases, a medical certificate from a licensed healthcare provider is required as proof. Without this, refunds for unused sessions will not be granted

 Packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Any unused sessions will expire after this period.

If a client is unable to continue their package for non-medical reasons, sessions will remain on hold within the 12-month validity period.
